Kutub pun Cair

Kesan Rumah Hijau....

Baru2 ni 28 Mac 2009 korang ada padam lampu? ada dengar kempen earth hour? kalau dengar kisah tak?

 

kalau nak tau inilah keadaan di kutub kita ais dah mulai cair disebabkan pemanasan global..kalau dulu beruang polar mengelonsor sana sini sekarang dia kena lompat sana sini sbb ais mulai cair..

Bayang kan kawasan yang dulunya seoalah2 gurun ais kini dah jadi kepingan kertas terapung2 atas laut...

so.. apa kaitan dengan earth hour yang menjadi kempen hangat baru2 ini?

Sebenarnya kita kini diancam perubahan cuaca yang terjadi akibat kesan rumah hijau ..

Nak tau tak dalam 35 hari je dari 31 Januari 2002 hingga 7 Mac 2002 , Antartica's Larsen telah kehilangan kira-kira 1,225 batu persegi kawasan berais kerana cair. ini dicatatkan antara yang terbesar pernah di rekod.

so.. apa kesan kepada kita ? banjir? gempa bumi ? ribut taufan ? kenapa berlaku?

1. Asap - dtg dari belakang umah korang la..yang korang bakar sampah tuuu..."Open Burning" 

2. CFC - Dari penghawa dingin yang korang pasang hari2 tu la..Spray rambut pun ada kot.

3. Sisa-Sisa Industri - Kilang2 makin banyak kan...

4. Racun - Yang korang guna untuk bunuh binatang yang ganggu tanaman tu la...

nak jelas lagi baca ni. heheh malas nak terjemah...

"One of the first things scientists learned is that there are several greenhouse gases responsible for warming, and humans emit them in a variety of ways. Most come from the combustion of fossil fuels in cars, factories and electricity production. The gas responsible for the most warming is carbon dioxide, also called CO2. Other contributors include methane released from landfills and agriculture (especially from the digestive systems of grazing animals), nitrous oxide from fertilizers, gases used for refrigeration and industrial processes, and the loss of forests that would otherwise store CO2.

Different greenhouse gases have very different heat-trapping abilities. Some of them can even trap more heat than CO2. A molecule of methane produces more than 20 times the warming of a molecule of CO2. Nitrous oxide is 300 times more powerful than CO2. Other gases, such as chlorofluorocarbons (which have been banned in much of the world because they also degrade the ozone layer), have heat-trapping potential thousands of times greater than CO2. But because their concentrations are much lower than CO2, none of these gases adds as much warmth to the atmosphere as CO2 does"
